Main menu resolution fix

OLAF

This patcher will fix your main menu resolution ingame, it helps change between game and your desktop faster and without change resolution back to 800*600p (hardcoded BFV main menu resolution) also it prevent change rate of your monitor(fall down after switch between game and desktop).
